I teach a rambunctious group of 3rd graders in the heart of Kansas City. We are a title 1 school and I try to make my classroom as fun and inviting as possible. We love color in 3rd grade and they still need opportunities for brain breaks and play as much as possible with our rigorous standards. I work hard to be a safe, warm space for all students.
