Back when I had a rich and exciting life outside of my house, I would look at women who stayed home and wore makeup and think BUT WHY. And now I know. Because most people have mirrors in their house. Nothing like seeing my unmascara-ed eyes staring back at me like a mole-person as I walk to the bathroom to remind me that the UPS guy doesn’t even ring the bell anymore lest he get stuck talking to me for 30 minutes again. I don’t want to waste my “good makeup” on my indoor days but I have found this cheap BB cream, mascara and lip balm to do the trick. Mascara find courtesy of @kathleenjenningsbeauty. The bronzer/blush combo isn’t drugstore but it has just enough shimmer to make up for the light that has died inside me from lack of adult interaction. (That was dark but it works so I’m leaving it.)
